Responsibilities
- casting and rehearsal management
- all props/set sourcing and crafting
- securing 3 different venues in the space of 3 weeks due to multiple pull-outs
- securing a photographer for the poster
- designing and curating the programme
- all social media marketing
- scheduling and running production week: tech and dress runs, get-in and get-out, set transportation
- managing box office and takings
- producer of our planned run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2020: secured venue (Paradise Green) and marketing deal
