Responsibilities

- casting and rehearsal management

- all props/media sourcing

- poster/programme design and photography

- all social media marketing

- securing a room in Durham Castle to enhance the production through setting

- working with the director to make the lack of wings space a feature rather than hindrance

- scheduling and running production week: tech and dress runs, get-in and get-out

- secured in-kind costumes from @circlevintagedurham, with whom I now have a continuing relationship

- tech-ed the sound for the production myself

- managing box office and takings
